Data collection
Data on when this website, all its pages were accessed and all other requests to m5pro.com is collected and stored on the same server as this website and is used to generate statistics about the usage of this website that cannot be used to identify or analyze the behavior of specific individuals.
Making purchases
To make a purchase you have to supply a name, address and optional email and phone number. Once the purchase is completed this information will be stored for up to 8 years as required by Dutch law for business administrations. Should the purchase not proceed after entering the personal information the data will be deleted after 6 months.
Online payments are made using Ogone, a payment service provider that offers various payment methods for each country. Payments are made over a secure connection. The total price and the name, email address, phone number and country that you entered are shared with Ogone when you make an online purchase. Please see Ogone's privacy policy for more details.
Data protection
All customer information is stored in both an online and offline database which is only accessible for employees of M5. Customer information will not be shared with third parties without the explicit consent of the customer.
Cookies
M5Pro.com uses a cookie named m5_sid to identify visitors during a session and to share information between different pages. The identification is done using a randomly generated number which is not based upon personal information. Without cookies enabled you will not be able to use the shopping cart, see certain messages and will not be able to log in. This cookie will expire after the session ends, which is usually when the browser is closed.
A second cookie named m5login will be set when a user logs in and chooses to automatically login in for future visits. This cookie contains a unique identifier but no personal information.
